President-Elect Barack Obama
Barack Obama will be President of the United States! I can’t believe it. This is the first time I have had hope for the world or felt love for my country in longer than I can remember. It makes me want to cry. It did make me cry. I cried again during his acceptance speech. So did K. It is a happy happy day!

I am ecstatic! Words can’t express how excited I am that we have this wonderful person, this first African-American president on his way to the White House! After so many years of going backwards we are finally moving forward again - wooo hoooo!!! Is it too much to ask or hope for that I could also marry you legally?
