They do have a number to call on the bracelet (I think it's to their main office). There is also a reference number that all the emergency services have a link to. I also got a free card to go into my wallet. I do not carry a purse, heh. It has my Mum's number, my doc's number , a list of medications I take and a list of other medical conditions (ADHD, asthma). Very useful! And by the way, I hope the Strattera works for you. I want to try it but it is just too expensive here in Australia! I took it for a little while and I lost basically all my hearing in one ear in a freak accident where the fluid leaked out of my cochlea causing all the nerves inside to die. I was lifting weights at the gym at the time. I don't have any explanation for how that happened except that strattera seemed amphetamine-like to me and I am guessing it may have raised my blood pressure just enough that the weight lifting caused a the burst. I've never heard of anyone else with this problem but just want to spread the word. Be careful with strattera.
