I know what you mean! So many great plugins, so little time... My del.icio.us wordpress tagged list is also pretty big and continually growing.

My only problem is finding time to try out all the plugins. I hate to look at how many sites I have tagged in del.icio.us bookmarks as wordpress and plugins. Whatever the number is, it's about to increase by one when I finish this comment and hit the tag icon.

I'm not sure, I know there is a plugin to sync between the blogs and the forum. However there is a good conversion forum at the site where converting help can be found. I maintain the blogcms (cheap second rate branch) to NucleusCMS project at SF but I know there are lots of others.

Kev - Yeah, there seems to be a plugin for just about every occasion. Except hangman. One of these days, I am hoping to turn those hangman games of mine into a plugin.

Matt - You've got me curious about Nucleus. I tried it once a few years ago, but ended up using postnuke instead.

I need to convert a phpbb site into some kind of CMS and it is one case where wordpress won't really work. I will check out Nucleus. Do you know if there is a conversion script for phpbb dbs?

I love NucleusCMS for exactly the same reasons. However I am a perfectionist and I feel that sooner or later I will have to write my own system. Problem is I am too lazy to start meaning it'll hit development sometime arround the end of next year...

BTW this site one a runner up on the banner imp give away but I'm too tired to find an email address right now.

I completely agree Lori - Worpdress is a fantastic bit of kit. We share a few plugins in common and I have to be honest - if I ever need something to extend Wordpress, I can usually find a plug in that does it.
